Interest free lets you renovate your home and pay for it over time. A minimum payment of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period.

Who can use it?

If you already have a Q-Card, you are entitled to 18 Months Interest-Free on full priced renovation projects, $20,000 or over. You’ll need to let the team know at time of booking so we know you want this service when you book your on-site consultation.

If you are not a Q Cardholder you can apply online, using the link below. You will be charged an account fee if your application is approved.

How Does It Work?

Q-Card has made it easy for our clients to apply and get approved. Renovate Now, Pay Later.

Step One
Complete Application Form
You’ll be sent a link to complete the Q-Card application to see if you qualify for the amount you’re requesting.
Step Two
Get Approved
For $10,000 or less, you’ll receive an approval within 5 mins. For $10,000 +, it will take 3-5 days as it will go through Q-Cards lending department.
Step Three
Ready to Renovate
Once you’ve receive the approval and have approved the project, we’ll take care of the rest!
Step Four
Project Underway
We’ll drawdown funds from the approved amount according to your project payment structure at each stage.
Step Five
Project Completion & Sign Off
Once the project is completed and signed off, final balance is processed by our accounts department.
Final Step
Term Begins
Once we draw down the full payment, your contract will start. Minimum payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance is required throughout interest free period.

Common Questions About Our Interest-Free Finance Offer

What fees will I get charged when I apply for Q?

If your application is approved, an annual account fee of $50 applies. An establishment fee of $55 is charged when you open your account in-store and use long-term finance (such as our 18 Months Interest-Free Offer), or a $35 Advance fee applies for Existing Cardholders.

What is the difference between Q Card and Q Mastercard?

You can't actually apply for a Q Card anymore. The fabulous team at Q have combined all the best bits of Q Card and Mastercard to create Q Mastercard. When you have an approved Q Mastercard, you'll get access to the long-term finance.

What if I'm applying for less then $10,000?

You'll actually get approved a lot quicker, you'll generally receive a result within 5 minutes.

What if I'm applying for more than $10,000+?

The process for $10,000 + takes normally 3-5 days to process, and you'll need to also fill in a statement of financial position which requires a bit more information around your personal finances

    Finding someone reliable for renovations has always been the most stressful thing for us. In the past, we had several painful renovation experiences—money was spent but the problems were never truly solved, and things often ended up worse than before. We really didn’t know where to find a trustworthy renovation company.

    We engaged with three companies to completely renovate our downstairs and ensuite bathrooms. We elected to go with Superior Renovations as they provided us with a fixed price and specific timeline to complete the project (which two other companies could not do), and we were absolutely delighted with the end result. We love everything from the floor and wall tiles to the heated towel rails and from the LCD mirrors to the underfloor heating and soft close lids. We especially loved replacing the old tub in our ensuite with a walk-in shower.

    The entire process went incredibly smoothly, with the project being completed on budget and ahead of schedule. From the initial design phase to the final touches, nothing was too much trouble for the team. Superior Renovations conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, ensuring every detail was perfect.

    Frank (Project Manager) and the team did such an amazing job. Totally professional outfit, top notch communication, all tradies were courteous, polite and respectful. Alex (Builder) was especially knowledgeable and offered great solutions as minor issues unfolded. Each stage of the renovation was completed on the day it was scheduled. The crew were always on time and mindful of our work from home arrangements. And I was also impressed with the floor protection that was laid out on the first day.

    Through no fault of Superior, we did encounter a major, unforeseen setback that delayed our renovation on the downstairs bathroom. Superior were patient with us while we sourced specialists to remedy the issue. But once that was all sorted, Frank and the team picked up the baton and charged ahead to the finish line, delivering two beautifully ‘superior’ bathrooms. We also experienced a minor electrical issue post-build. And even though it was unrelated to their renovation work, Frank promptly dispatched an electrician who quickly fixed the problem. Talk about above and beyond!

    In summary, we highly recommend Superior Renovations for anyone looking to undertake bathroom renovations in their home. We’re already talking about renovating the kitchen next and we’re so confident in Superior Renovations that we will most certainly be engaging with them to complete the task.
