Consultation
Step One
We’ll start by meeting with you to discuss your landscaping vision and requirements. Concept Design
Step Two
After the initial consultation, our team will create a concept design that incorporates your ideas and takes into account your property’s features. The concept design will include 3D imagery, so you can see what your finished project will look like. Once the concept design is approved, we’ll create a detailed design that includes all the materials for Decking/pergola/Fencing, Paving, plants, and other features that will be incorporated into your outdoor space. This stage will also include a final quote for the project.
Choosing materials/supplies
Step Three
Select the materials you want to use for the Outdoor renovation, such as materials for your Decking/any Pergolas, Fencing, Driveways, Paving, any Vegetation, and Landscaping.
Manufacturing and Ordering
Step Four
Once the design is finalised and Materials approved , we will order all the materials, other supplies and manufacture anything that may be needed to constructed. We will also be applying for any Permits that may be needed during this stage and will deal with all documentation process with the Auckland council.
Demolition and preparation
Step Five
Old Landscaping, any features and old structures will be demolished as well as disposed off. Once the area is cleared, any necessary repairs and preparation works are made prior to work commencement. During demolition and preparation day, our team will also ensure that any necessary permits are in place and that all safety measures are taken to protect your property and surrounding areas.
Construction and Installation
