    Is the consultation really free? What's the catch?

    No catch. We invest time upfront because well-informed homeowners make better clients. You receive your Action Plan, Concept and Feasibility Report at no cost — yours to keep whether you proceed with us or not. The consultation is valued at $250.

    How long does the in-home visit take?

    Typically 60–90 minutes. Our designer walks through your space, takes measurements, listens to your goals and priorities, and answers any questions you have on the spot.

    Will I be pressured to sign anything?

    Never. We don't operate that way. Our role is to give you the clearest possible picture of what's possible and what it costs. You take that information away and decide in your own time.

    What areas do you cover?

    Auckland-wide — Central, East, West, South, North Shore, and Stanmore Bay region. We don't service outside of Auckland, so if you're elsewhere we'll let you know upfront rather than waste your time.

    I'm only at the early ideas stage. Is it too soon?

    Not at all — that's actually the best time. We can help you understand what's realistic, what your home will allow, and roughly what budget you'll need to plan for. Many of our best projects start as vague ideas.

    Finding someone reliable for renovations has always been the most stressful thing for us. In the past, we had several painful renovation experiences—money was spent but the problems were never truly solved, and things often ended up worse than before. We really didn’t know where to find a trustworthy renovation company.
