Superior Homes Launches — New Builds & Development
We’ve launched Superior Homes, a new brand in the group built for new residential builds and property development across Auckland.
For years, people came to us wanting to knock the house down and start again, or build on a bare section they’d just bought. Renovations and extensions are our core. A full new build is a different job, with its own process, from the concept and consent stage through to a build managed from the ground up. So we’ve given it its own home.
Superior Homes covers new residential builds and property development, drawing on the same design, project management and trade network the group has built up since 2017. You can see what the new-build side of the group is working on as projects come online. Our first build is scheduled to begin in January 2026.
Frequently asked questions
What does Superior Homes do?
We handle new residential builds and property development across Auckland. It's a separate brand in the group for the jobs that go beyond renovating, knocking a house down and starting again, or building on a bare section.
Why set up a separate brand for new builds?
A full new build runs a different process to a renovation, from the concept and consent stage through to a build managed from the ground up. Rather than treat it as a bolt-on, we've given it its own home, drawing on the design, project management and trade network the group has built up since 2017.
When did Superior Homes start?
The brand launched in December 2025, and our first build is scheduled to begin in January 2026.
I can't decide whether to renovate or build new, who do I talk to?
That's a conversation worth having early, before you're committed either way. Talk to the Superior Renovations team and we'll point you to the right part of the group for what you're actually trying to do.
